Basically like it reads the id3v2 for show title on track change, but for messages.
A example entry if implemented, could be something like :

I've seen some visualizations on twitch.tv and would be interesting to see milkdrop used in a way to where if a subscriber, follower, or donation event occurred a animation with the users name could appear within the visualization.
Just a thought, and i'm sure it could be used in other ways.
