  • Bltc 1.4

BLTC 1.4 is out, some 30 or so new presets, and some were pruned from the pack. The installer isn't goofy anymore and makes more sense.

267 of the best of some 4,000\4,500 presets (I don't really know, all that I could find)

It's been a while, but I have a fresh preset collection. I have not skimmed the forums here in well over a year, so any posted here within around that timeframe, probably aren't in here. If there are enough people that enjoyed the pack, it may give me the motivation to go through and take the time to evaluate them all

      http://www.bitcore.org/stuff/BLTC2.1.zip

No installer, I lost that stuff in a drive crash ages ago. Just extract into the milkdrop presets directory, then run milkdrop, hit F8, and select the BLTC2.1 directory.

All presets have been set to a rating of 3, so they should all show up in equal amounts, and you can rate them as you please.

417 of the Best of the Best.
(I will leave the old BLTC installer up, if you have trouble with the zip archive or want to know my recommended settings - run the installer program and read the intro text - you don't have to install it)

djdafreund: (If you ever check this thread again...) Please feel free to spread it around! There's no license or whatever - The presets are NOT mine, and I don't claim any of them to be. This is just a select collection I've really spent days slaving over and want to spread it around.

and telepathy worked one more time

no joke, since we were planning to add a forum selection to the next release of winamp, there was a quite actual need for a best-of selection of the older stuff. and in my eyes you you did a great job. ( i only miss one example of geiss' 'bas relief' comp-shader preset - this is a great mash-up tool)
btw: you might find http://pimpbot.whyeye.org/ kind of interesting

the candidates for the next release are here to find: http://forums.winamp.com/showthread....hreadid=291753

so if you feel motivated for evaluating - your work is highly appreciated

I made an installer using NSIS, you can see it in the first post in this thread for the old 'version'. Worked great once I got it the way I liked it, but a drive crash later and college 'getting in the way' I lost track of the source file and gave up on the installer because RAR or ZIP works just fine too :P

            BLTC+Milkdrop

BLTC+Milkdrop is one of the only reasons I keep a winxp box running.

                      Hi MilkDropping,

I never got the installer, but I was sure I had the .milk archive lying around - I finally found it
