3-D Glasses

I was sent a whole bunch of free 3-D Glasses by chromadepth. Ryan has a link to thier site somwere. The glasses work very well as you dont need to look at a distorted image to get a 3-D efect
The glasses are clear though, Now should I set my left eye and right eye both to white in the 3-d mode?

I remember Ryan posting somthing awhile back, somthing about that it only works with red and blue glasses.........? maybe 1.04 has fixed this? Maybe I imagined reading that awhile back?

I think the chromatech glasses only work with Monkey v1.02, you can use F6 to toggle between regular, red-blue, and chromatech.

As far as I can see, MilkDrop doesn't have this option (F6 is for rating presets, and F9 only switches between regular and red-blue).

The option to set eye color is in the cfg menue. But no, I havnt seen a tick box for chromo3d.

But now that you mention it, I will get monkey again.

Iv'e kinda always figured--> why have more than one eyecandy plugin? Just get the best. So far the only thing I find better than MilkDrop is newer versions of MilkDrop, and well ofcourse other "kinds" of drops- but havn't seen them around in awhile -->MilkDrop best alternative d;D

Makes mew wonder why Winamp has all these pages and pages of plugins. Why would anyone want to waste space and time with them? Is there anything comparable to MilkDrop?

Alot of people will tell you AVS is better. But that's 'cause they're poor deluded individuals who care not for the framerate nor resoluton of their pretties. They're also the majority, and some of them are quite vocal about it, so you won't see us mentioning MD over on their forums (we did that once, and it started to turn nasty). Personally, while I appreciate the skill and effort that goes into creating an AVS preset that's like a rollercoaster ride, I don't see the point if you can only watch it at 15fps in a tiny little window
