Problems with saving Preset

Hey guys,
I want to create my own presets with Milkdrop 2 but whenever I try to save my presets it changes all dots to a comma in my preset.milk data. So when I try to reopen my preset it doesn't work anymore.
I use Windows 8 64 bit, Winamp v5.63 and Milkdrop v2.25.


Here a small example:

Before saving:
[preset00]
fRating=3.000
fGammaAdj=1.000
...

After saving:
[preset00]
fRating=3,000
fGammaAdj=1,000
...

I hope you can help me to find out how to fix this so I can study how to create cool presets and share them with you

This might be a problem with the regional or language option in windows. I'd look for the regional or language options in control panel. I am not sure if that will help or not.
you might be able to customize what your Decimal looks like.

I'm from Germany... I thought, that I could might be a problem with my language settings, but that it also impacts saving a preset. Wow.
