Milkdrop Hotkeys

Anyone know why some hotkeys might work and others might not? For example, I can lower the rating of a track (-) but not raise it (+) and look up a preset (L) but not lock the current preset (ScrollLock).

Any way to remap hotkeys? I don't know why it's being selective but I'll try anything.

Never seen such a behaviour. Maybe a background program that traps certain keys ?
