I had the problem, that most presets on my ASUS F751M Notebook for 400 Euro
did not run well or didn't run at all (black screen).
CPU: Intel Celeron N 2930 @ 1.83GHz, Intel (R) HD Graphics
I thought my vertex shaders were shitty or missing, however installing the latest
version of winamp on winamp.com fixed the problem mostly.
The Version i am running now is 5.6.6.3516
This may help some people; I did not not find any other solution on the web that time.
