Any way to copy files from iPod to HDD and keep iPod tags?

There's a great ml_iPod feature that lets you copy the files off the iPod. Unfortunately, it doesn't transfer the database tag, but the ID3 tag.

Is there any way to copy it out and have the database write the current tag info to the output file?
