this may or may not be a bug depending on ones technical definition, but imo for all practical purposes, its a bug.
anyway, normally winamp will use an art file, if the name of the art file matches exactly the album title tag name.
however, i have had it fail when an apostrophe was in the tag / filename. i use EAC to rip, and so i am thinking there is some kind of mismatch between the actual kind of apostrophe used in the tag vs in the filename, (a slightly different character, or maybe differences in actual char sets).
i'd imagine this could happen with any kind of punctuation, so i thought it was worth documenting.
