Recently I was trying to change fonts in OS and also in Winamp. Changing them in playlist is not a problem. But when trying to adjust the songticker, apparently there is a bug
In both
Options > Preferences > Skins > Modern Skins > Font Rendering > Font > Font Mapper > Configure skin font mapping > Map font
Options > Preferences > Skins > Modern Skins > Font Rendering > Font > Font Mapper > Configure skin font mapping > Into
those lists of fonts do not show me for example the Tahoma font; while at the same time that Tahoma it is visible everywhere else in the system and can be even applied to Playlist of Winamp itself. Also for example font Sagoe UI is missing, but it derivatives Sagoe Print and Sagoe Script are present
But that's not all. Also the
Options > Preferences > Skins > Modern Skins > Font Rendering > Font > Font Mapper > TrueType replacement for Winamp Charset Bitmap Fonts > Replace with
doesn't show me those missing fonts. And on top of that, every font that I select in there, the next time I open the this window, is changed to the font above the font that is actually used. So if I can choose in the "Replace with" between fonts named
Font A
Font BB
Font CCC
and I choose Font BB, then that Font BB will be applied to Charset. But when I close Preferences, or for example switch from "Modern Skins" window to "Classic Skins", and then go back to "Font Rendering" tab, then the font in "Replace with" is changed to Font A [while in reality Font BB is still displaying values in the Charset]
And also some fonts can be chosen in this "Replace with", but are not displayed; for example Courier New works, but Courier Bold after being picked reverts to showing Arial instead of Courier Bold
I'm running on Windows 7 x64 with Winamp 5.666 build 3516
