If I understand correctly this funtion should move file to new directory?

more info would be nice, because right now no one has no idea what you mean with this

Shift+L opens a dialog window that lets you select a folder containing songs that will be added to the Playlist Editor window. Make sure the main player window or playlist editor window is active (click on either of them) before pressing the Shift+L keys.
