Always on top causes Winamp to disappear

When I have Winamp open on my second monitor with "Always on top" enabled, and I switch back to the game on my primary monitor, Winamp disappears. When I disabled always on top, it doesn't disappear.

This bug existed for me with 5.8 as well.

Running Windows 10 21H2.

Turns out it is any full screen app. Not just games. The MS RDP client, full screen on my primary monitor, causes Winamp to disappear when always on top is enabled.
