Slow speed when ripping music CD's.

Winamp is basicly a music player and there is free software to rip cd's that work better.

I'm not sure if it's a bug, but I’ll try anyway.

Every time I want to rip music CD's, the speed is slow and it goes mostly up to 8.0x realtime. Not always, but in most cases.
I can have for example 15 music CD’s to rip and 4-5 CD's may rip up to 14x - 17x or so.

I have tried to figure it out if there is any way to do about it, but there doesn't seem much one can do to adjust that.

I have 2x DVD-ROM that can do 48x.
