Window oddities.

My desktop resolution is 1024x786. Whenever i run a plugin in any lower resolution, the location of the buttons in winamp will get all wierd (they seem to move like down and to the right, even though the icons for them stay in the same place) inevidably, after this happens, I have to restart winamp.
