I'm not sure if this issue has been brought up before, but according to the WinTop utility, Winamp seems to taking as much CPU time as possible, regardless of it's process priority class, or whether or not it's even playing anything at the time. With a process priority of idle, and even when it's not playing anything, Winamp often interferes with processes that have a higher-than-idle priority.

Is this bug, or is there a setting I could change to make Winamp a bit more "CPU social"? Although CPU resources aren't usually that big of a deal for more modern machines, programs such as MP3 encoders rely on CPU resources quite a bit.
