Nope, DrO has several other projects too and a full time job, so it's an internal build just on Dro's PC, I guess.
When a new version is aviable, then DrO will post the changelog and a link to download the latest version in this thread, so stay tuned and give him time.

v2.2 is the latest public and v2.2b is my current dev version though due to holiday and a few other things i've not had a chance to finish off a 2.2.1 or some build number to that extent. i wouldn't really call my pc a 'Private Members Testing Club' though, hehe
hearts_hacker: unfortunately that's not going to happen unless i gave up all interest in working on anything winamp related (which despite my attempts hasn't happened, heh). plus as my highest ranking donation earner i'd prefer to keep all control over this one
I've got a problem. When I try to enable the option "Reload the playlist once all songs have been removed from the playlist", the option doesn't save and I get an error when I open Winamp again: "System Error. Code: 1409. Hot key is already registered." Also, the sub-options of that option are grayed out, and I can't seem to change that... I want one of those options!
the reload playlist issue is known and is fixed in the internal dev build i've done (but i need to try and fix a few other things before i can release it).
as for the hotkeys issue, i've never seen that happen but you'd need to check your current hotkeys on preferences -> global hotkeys to make sure none are duplicated up (is the only thing i can think off which would cause that issue)
Well, it's good to know that's getting fixed. As for the hotkeys, they're all different... I have no idea what could be causing the problem. That's bugging me.
Well, I found the problem... Somehow, for all this time I've been using Winamp, I never knew it already had global hotkeys... So I installed NergAmp, assuming that it would be feature that Winamp didn't already have. Now I know that outdated plugins aren't removed... I feel like a newb.
i'd seen you're other thread and not to worry about it. the majority of older plugins should work with winamp without any problems apart from when they duplicate features as seems to have been the case this time around.
I think it's just the deletion override handling that will be broken in 5.25+, i've left all of the code enabled in the meanwhile until i can figure out some sort of workaround (or not as i fear is the case). Otherwise this build will work with 5.25+ as best as i can make it for the time being.
Hold on... It doesn't seem to be working now. All the options are the same as always (with the exce newly enabled options) but it isn't removing songs from the playlist... Weird.
EDIT: Nevermind... It just suddenly started working again. That's the second time that something like that has happened today.
that's strange why that'd be happening. i'll have to see if i can do any tests again my end but at the time everything appeared to work correctly as needed so i think i'll just blame sunspots in this instance
if it does happen again then could you maybe attach all of your winamp.ini file (since i've been able to repro random issues before using that file)
