I just installed and I realized that Queue Manager feature is missing. That one with the shortcut Q or Alt+Q. I often use this feature but now it's not there anymore. I was upgrading from version 5.666.

I'm having a rather annoying problem where, when I drag and drop tracks to the playlist the program just crashes. It works perfectly fine otherwise. And if I right click the track and I add it to the playlist there, it works fine. it's just dragging and dropping what causes the crashes. The problem is that I've been using Winamp.. I'd say for more than 20 years now, and I'm sooooooo accustomed to just drag tracks that it's super annoying being unable to do it. I tried a clean install and also installing over the previous one and the problem persists.

I need to be able to run the program on the Guest account, without losing changes

not my expertise, but could you login to the guest account and then right click the winamp icon once to "run as afdmin" so it could go thru that setup routine one time?

Okay, so I just updated to Winamp 5.91 from an older 5.8 release.

Now, every time I launch Winamp, I am greeted with a dialog asking if I wish to allow Winamp to make changes to this computer!

How do I force the operating system to accept any changes WA 5.91 makes without prompting? I need to be able to run the program on the Guest account, without losing changes to playlists, media library, et. al.

Absolutely. It is pretty fantastic to be excited about something that hearkens to the good ol days now with an updated engine (so to speak) and a future to look forward to.!
