How to rearrange panes (e.g. playlist pane below main player)?

I just came back to Winamp after many years and installed version v 5.9.1.

One thing I'm having trouble with is that I no longer seem to be able to arrange the individual windows panes. I'm running Winamp with the Big Bento skin. In the past I was able to have the Equalizer pane to the right of the main player pane and then have the playlist pane below both. However right now the playlist pane seems to be stuck to the right of the main player, which is really annoying for my use-case.

So is there a way to still freely move those panes around and dock them to each other or has this feature disappeared? (If the latter that would be a great shame indeed.)

That depends on which skin you use. For stock skins you can use Winamp Classic to do what you're describing.
