Idea for Winamp Widget

I feel like there's too much barren dead space where the artist track info is. Especially when its all one word things. I think making the background have some transparency so you can see the wallpaper through it would make it look nicer.

I also think it'd be nice to have bigger album art. I photoshopped out an idea, that looked much better in my head then it does in practice. But it could be a guideline for better artists.




I don't know if they're in the works but maybe a 2x2 and 4x1 widget in addition would be nice. I use 4x2 normally, but I know people think it's too big. And people that have just used stock music might have to rearrange their homescreens w/o a 4x1 which some don't like.

Agreed. The widget needs work. First, it really isn't even a 4x2. It's more like a 4x1.5. Second, it looks harsh. Transparency (sort of like a glassy smoke that stock Android uses) is a great idea.
