I like this idea. And it shouldn't be that hard to add.

Should be an option, otherwise winamp would need an "end task" button... not exactly a great solution.

Keep in mind that recent apps can be accessed by holding down the home button.

This thing is sweet.
I have one request.

Please leave the Winamp icon visible in the Notification Tray if Winamp is running. i.e.- Even if it's paused it should remain in the tray. It's much more efficient to open the app from the tray after pausing for a phone call or some other activity.

Slacker Radio (the streaming music app I use) behaves this way.
