No SHOUTcast icon ver 0.9.2 ?.

Ive just downloaded and installed winamp 0.9.2 for android, Im on android 2.1 and can't find the icon to open SHOUTcast. All the others are there for play lists and albums and so on but no SHOUTcast icon. Im wondering is it something Ive done or is it blocked in my region.
