No controls to edit About information in my profile

Today I updated my email address but cannot update the rest of my profile. There are no controls or buttons to edit the About section. Is that a bug?

My birthday displays as January 1, 1000 (1023), which is obviously incorrect.

I disabled my VPN and tried again on 3 different web browsers (Firefox, Edge, Chrome). Running Windows 11 (64-bit).
