classic and modern at the same time

Whenever I open winamp it opens both the modern skin and the classic however when I click on the classic it disappears. It happens no matter what skin I am using.

Does anybody have any ideas on why this is happening?

Which version of Winamp 5 do you have? If I remember correctly, an earlier version of WA5 had a problem with "ghost" images of the classic skin when using a mod skin. If you have not done so try upgrading to Winamp 5.03. After that install the Winamp 5.03 update patch.

If that is not it, are you using any desktop replacements or enhancers (nView, Samurize, LiteStep, WinSpace, etc)? Do you have any 3rd party plug-ins for Winamp?
