cant open decoder

ever since I installed my CD burner winamp wont open the decoder. Ive tried reinstalling it to no avail. what do I do?

got the same thing today. never happened before and I haven't changed a thing on my comp....... Got like 200 disks left in my collection to rip to my comp and this is slowing me down. Someone who has a fix post up. If I can't figure it out by tonight i will uninstall and reinstall and see if that helps.
