Auto playing issue

Hi,

I have had this problem for ages now but have never really bothered to try and find the solution for it.

Basically when i click on a link in my browser (IE6 XP PRO SP2) to either a radio stream or an m3u sample on a website winamp seems to stop playing what it is currently playing and then just stops.

The stream or track never play.

If i do Ctrl+L and past the link into the open URL box the track or stream play fine.

Any ideas?

Maybe try clearing your internet cache:
Control Panel > Internet Options > tab General > click 'Delete Files' button (under Temporary Internet Files)
