Is there a cross fader that uses direct sound?

I like direct sound because i can run other stuff at the same time
and cross fade for obvious reasons
I have a sound blaster pci64

I think SQR Advanced crossfading works also with Direct sound.

i already had an old version of that
i tried using that and couldnt find a direct sound option
maybe its just my sound card?
but i can use direct sound nullsoft output plugin
anyway at least i have a nice new version
