Burning Issue

I had to reformat computer and after installing new winamp pro version and re entering license even though it is showing as registered I have wasted 3 cd's trying to burn a music cd. says burning at maximum during prep but when starts to burn burns at minimum 4.0 HELP

new problems with winamp5.32

since I am 2 late to edit I shall add did complete uninstall and reinstall and now not only is burning mode at minimum but ripping mode is at minimum I can change settings yet same damn thing each time. Please do not send me on a search FAQ's I have FAQ ued til am fed up with FAQ
