  • How do I get Winamp to accept Audio Input from Mic or Line In?

    Hi Winamp Experts,

I'd like to know how I can get Winamp to recognise the audio signal coming into the Mic or Line In input from my soundcard. Can this be done?

I have tried using the "CD/Line In" Input Plug In, but to no avail.

Winamp already recognises audio signals coming in from playing any type of audio file (mp3, wav, etc..) or CD audio signal, but what about a "live" audio signal coming into the soundcard from a Mic or "Line In" input into the soundcard?

Can this be done? Would love to know, if it can or can't, have been racking my brains on this for past 2 days.

    cheers.
