Can't rip CD: Cannot open encoder

Hi, I'm trying to rip a CD using:

WMA Encoder v1.22a

Windows Media Audio 10 Professional
24 bits, 6 channels, 96000 Hz
CBR 768kbps

I have attached 2 jpegs showing the error and config.
