Orgler Privacy Setting won't set to Public

Hi there,

no matter how many times I try, my Orgler Privacy Setting won't set to Public.

If I set it to Public and click on "Update" it says "Your Orgler Privacy Setting is set to public." but if I log off and log on back again there it is, back to "Private".

Conseguently, MyCharts doesn't show up any entry.

What should I do?
