winamp bookmarks

i changed computer, want to copy my bookmarks and like usual it is a nightmare with winamp. i am using windows 7. copied my bookmarks.bm file from the other pc to the appdata folder and nothing it is blank in winamp, no bookmarks. i added a bookmark so that winamp would create a bookmark.bm and then opened the other one with notepad copied the contents from my old file to the newly created one. nothing. i tried creating a playlist with them, but the editing i did for each one is lost with that method.

how can i transfer my bookmarks, please?
