Error creating DirectSound buffer

I have bought WinAmp Pro, I use WinAmp v. 5.61. I have two OS on my computer, I am leaving Windows XP and I transfer my work to Windows 7. Everything is O.K. now on Windows 7, only WinAmp 5.61 works well on Windows 7 and suddenly last week has started everytimes crash on Windows 7.
When I start playing WMV or MP3 or any other audio file, message "Error creating DirectSound buffer, Error Code 88780064" appears.
I have CPU Intel Core2Duo E6550, 2,33 GHz, mainboard Gigabyte GA-P35-DS3R rev. 2.1, 4 GB RAM, audio card Audiotrak Pro Digi 7.1. Every drivers are actual.
I have Windows 7 Home Premium 32 bit, Service Pack 1.
I read FAQ and I tried change configuration of Nullsoft DirectSound Output v 2.6 (d) in "Disable hw acceleration", "Enable CPU usage control", .... I tried reinstal WinAmp Pro after registry clearing. NOTHING HELP!!!
Please I need WinAmp for transfering my audio CD's to MP3 and as my favorite player!

windows 7 can be a pain in the ass it might be because its not running as an adminstrating program u can try this it might work i found with alot of games speciallflly this causes problems try right clicking on the icon...go to properties....then check the box that says run this program as administrator it might fix it...that box schould be under the compatability tab...good luck hope that works if not...u might have to mess around with ur sound program
