Is there a library size limit?

I'm using Winamp 5.61 pro and had the library working well with the Gracenote similar songs feature... Then I added a 2TB drive. When I add this drive to the library, it makes it to the 4th pass analyzing the files, but only makes it to about 1/4 of the way and then stops with some error. I forgot exactly what it said though. I'm re-doing it now to get the exact error message.. Since I'm adding to the library I didn't think I would need to do a clean install especially since it was already working..


..and I did try to find a similar thread about this problem
