MAD libmad 0.15.1b Input Plug-in - Need Help

I got some issue with the MAD libmad 0.15.1b Input Plug-in. When it is enabled on most of the MP3/FLAC files is not used as decoder. Even though, on some of the MP3s which is used as decoder there is neither Audio Output nor recognition and play. For instance, on FLAC files automatically is used Nullsoft's FLAC decoder.

I am also using Output Plug-in: Studio Sound FX – without any problems combined with the other Input Plug-ins.
