Schedule Playlist

Hi, I am new in WHM Sonic shoutcast, I have an online radio. I want to schedule my playlists in specific time. how can I do that? I read the article SHOUTcast Calendar Event XML File Specification but I couldn't understand how to implement that on my server. Please help me asap thanks in Advance.
