I am trying to download Winamp, Unfortunately, whenever I open a new tab- I received this error message #FXX15. I have tried everything and now I am getting frustrated. I would just like to know what else can I do?
I have done the following troubleshooting steps but to no avail. Hope you can help me.
1. Downloaded a pop-up blocker. It was lessened but there were still pop-ups that I could not control.
2. I run McAfee scan but there was no improvement in terms of speed. And pop-ups still remains.
3. I performed power cycle. Turning off and on the computer.
