winamp main window apear (like pop up) on every track (song) end!

when skiping tracks on plalist winamp window apear on top - it's very annoing - how to disable it, so track just swith to the next one without notifing it by pop up main winamp window?

I don't think you can? I'm pretty sure that's the intended behaviour of Winamp rather than a bug.
