adding to playlist causes duplicate entries

This has bugged me for at least a year, maybe i've always had this error, i have no idea lol.

this command

code:
"C:\Program Files (x86)\Winamp\winamp.exe" /ADD "X:\Playlists\list"

will cause some of the files in the folder to get added twice. it would make more programmatical sense (at least to me?) if ALL files were duplicated, but it's only maybe 10-20% of any given folder that is duplicated when added into winamp this way.

I also have the same problem on Winamp 5.8.3660 Beta, I thought it was normal. Trying to fix - I'll write.
