Looking for Winamp Plug-in that cuts-off silence on music

I've worked in a radio station years ago and I completely forgott the plug-in we used in Winamp in order to cut-off the silences anywhere in a piece of sound.
Can you help me with the name of the plug-in and where I can find it? Thanks a lot.

I'm a little confused. Out_ds can only cut off silences at the beginning and end of files. You asked for a plug-in that could "cut-off the silences anywhere in a piece of sound".
