Plugin for winamp not going unhidden if started again?

hi, you can hide winamp on startup. But if you start winamp again, winamp is shown. Can you deactivate this with an plugin?

Not sure I follow what u mean... if u set the windows shortcut to start winamp minimized it should start that way every time, what am I missing?
