How to force Winamp into opening minimized to Ticketbar / in toolbar mode?

Is there a way to make Winamp open always it its minimalist form, of that thin bar?

Changing the >>Run<< parameter to >>Minimized<< for a LNK shortcut file leading to Winamp's EXE does not seem to work
