Language Issues with E.Q. Preset Menu

Greeting and salutations,

I recently upgraded to the latest version of WinAmp. I am including a link to show the appropriate information including system, and version(s), and plug-ins. I cannot figure out how to get the language to english.

Will i need to uninstall, then reinstall to solve? I did select english as the primary language during initial installation.
