"Jump to file" became standard/classic again on RC4 on a fresh/clean install when it was fixed/returned on RC3 when upgrading last time.

I do miss the function when I could queue next songs.

Ok, I managed to find the installer "Jump To File Extra v1.33 (Build 1216)" on one of my external HDD's and installed it, so I have sort of fixed it back, but I believe it need to be a bit updated 'cause I believe it actually for Winamp 5.8 Beta unless it is fixed for the Final release.

Is there any updated version for Winamp 5.9 at the moment?

As from v5.8, the JTFE plugin is no longer included with Winamp.
The old plugin will still work, but afaik, it's no longer being developed for Winamp v5.9

So basically, as has been the case for the past 6 years, we need to natively implement the main features...

Have some of the command line options changed in Winamp 5.9 with JTFE installed?

In version 5.8 I used the command,

"C:\Program Files (x86)\Winamp\winamp.exe" /ADD \\QUEUE D:\Download\1.mp3

to add a file to a playlist after the currently playing track but now it adds it to the end with the word QUEUE in the track before. Is there any way to resolve this?

I have this version of the plugin installed and all worked well with Winamp 5.8 but it doesn't seem to work with Winamp 5.9?

i'm using a beta 5.9.1 so i can't say, but it seems to load and work in my beta. u might have to wait for a 5.9.1 final release, altho i thought it was supposed to work in 5.9.0

(i think jtfe needs installed while winamp is closed, and also might require the 2019 C++ redist, but i am VERY foggy on all that)

Why doesn't Winamp 5.9 even load the file when it is installed?

Use 5.9.1 RC2

Install jtfe while 5.9.1 is closed.
