  • Music pitch down when output is behringer U-Phoria UMC22

Hello guys, I've been using winamp since the 90' and never stopped using it. Happy to know you are back on the road. Where can I make a contribution with some bucks? you deserve it.

This issue was present in the previous version too, when I plug my behringer U-Phoria UMC22 and the sound switches to ASIO and hit play in winamp the pitch of the sound is down about 2 steps. The speed is right but the sound is transported down 2 steps. I'm fixing this temporarily with an add on to control pitch that I tried disinstalling with no change, so I got it back and compensate it.

    Winamp V5.9.0 build 9999 (x86) is there a x64?

Let me know anything I can try or extra info you need

Please provide your list of plugins. What kind of file are you playing; mp3, aac, flac, midi, ogg, opus, mp4, etc? Do you know which output plugin you're using? Do you have any other DSPs installed?

Have a go at finding the latest drivers if you already haven't done so. The only time I've ever heard anything like what you're describing was when I botched up managing audio type information (Sample rate, number of channels, bits per channel) while converting it from stereo to mono in my own Winamp plugins.
