I installed latest version of Winamp. During install it asked me to install VS2019 Runtime libraries. See attached file for dialog boxes. As I have Windows 11 my system already had an updated version of the files.
Either way the setup completed and winamp ran the first time adding my music media to its library. Everything seemed to work as it intended. After I exited the program and tried to start it again it just closed down. I tried multiple re-installs without any help. Even with different types of skins during install.
From the Windows event log I found the following error:

I tried running nfc /scannow and dism to see if that would solve the problem. But no, Winamp still crashes on start.
