Winamp intergrating a microphone help

Hi all im revisiting this mic problem again. I have been using winamp and shoutcast to broadcast my oldies radio station all hooked up to my dedicated PC using winamp. Has worked great for 10 years of internet oldies radio.
I am still trying to do this on my dell laptop to get a mic working and do the same with the laptop broadcast my oldies station.
I have tried many ways to do this like my PC with windows 7 and the laptop also has windows seven.

So bottom line im trying to get a mic hooked up to my Dell laptop play music and be able to also talk.
I use shoutcast with winamp setting on input setting if i change to sound card the outgoing music sounds like crap so winamp setting is what I use.

Any help much appreciated if this is possible.

My dell has 3 usb ports
1 shared 1/8 jack for mic in and headphone

Well after all this time i stayed up late last night hunting the internet and found a program that will allow me to use my Yamaha MG10XU mixer with my del laptop and it works great. Excellent sound and mic, now I can do my shows from my laptop using Winamp with a mic. My Yamaha mixer has a usb interface and that is how its done.
