when you look at view file info, on the basic tab there is a box called "Format Info"
it appears to read the audio tag (meaning the header, not the id3 tags) and give some good technical info.
it would be very appreciated if it would read out the "Encoder String" and the "Version String" or in other words, the line in the header that lets you know what codec was used to encode the file, and which version; something like:
LAME 3.97
or
LAME 3.90.1
etc. it would also be nice to get the "Encoder Delay" and "Padded at the End" values.
