I'd like to see a mechanism for taking a text file of lyrics to a particular song, and playing the song while adding the time to insert each line of lyric text to follow the music properly. The finished lyric overlays could start as .txt files and then, with a time signature per line, could be changed to someting like .Ltx.

Then, when you playback the song, there is a lyric file timed to the song, with the same name as the song except for the file extension. Then you could hotkey it to show the lyrics as you timed them.
