Audiobooks

I'd love a section (Similar to podcasts) where we can put audiobooks. Right now they just go into the audio section and are mixed with music.

iirc you can create a new section in the media library itself
also, don't expect any new winamp release from this point on, or if they will ever read this forum too, 5.8 is not an ongoing project and any mention of winamp 6 have gone silent, so it's best to assume that development on both projects is dead

are we sure of that? it would be so sad to know that the project is getting abandon, and actually, the idea of @theopholus is great, nowadays podcast is getting more relevant, and the quality of then are increasing a lot

yes, we are definitely sure of it, the owners havent said any word about winamp in quite a while now, so it's best to assume that winamp has been abandoned, what i would do suggest is to take the idea to WACUP and see if it'll see the light of day (which, at this rate is more likely to happen than audiovalley communicating with the remaining winamp fanbase)

Audio books need a section
