  • Be able to split Bento and Big Bento apart.

One should have been able to split Bento and Big Bento apart and not be locked as a whole window.
I like Big Bento because of the look and design, but never understood why it has to be as one whole window alone.
I would like to split apart like Winamp Classic and Winamp Modern does to costumize it on the desktop. If possible.

The SUI (single user interface) format was introduced several years ago. Many users preferred it to having to customize the location and size of several separate windows (as is the case with classic skins). Bottom line, you need to find skins you like that don't use the sui format.

I see. But the Classic and Modern skin has been a default skin in so many years. Why can't Bento skin be in the same manner?!

I do have a lot of skins otherwise, but the Bento skin has a very comfortable look and design which I would love to use today.
So... only problem is that it's locked as one whole window. Then the question is: Can it be done at all?

I wasn't clear. The point of the Bento and Big Bento skins was to introduce the sui format. They could have had separate windows, but they were never meant to. Since this is the wishlist section, maybe someone will take on the task of splitting these skins into separate windows.

By clicking on configuration options, no, it cannot be done.

It can only be done by creating a new skin from Bento's elements as was done by Luigi Hann back in 2007: Bento Classified.

LOL, you know what? I've been a fool. I did download this skin since January 2008 by checking the Skin file/folder in the music folder and I had this without thinking over it. It was just named as Ben_Class once I downloaded it from web.archive and saw the name. OMG!
