am I missing something

downloaded the Wasabi SDK and trying to compile cnv_rawpcm, and not finding the following header files :

#include "../chunklist.h"
#include "../mediainfo.h"

these are not included in the SDK, and are required to build cnv_rawpcm...any help here ?
